Purpose:
TomaintainanddeveloppurchasingactivitiesinChinarelatingtochemicalrawmaterialsrequiredbyDishmanGroupandpotentialexternalcustomerswiththeaimofachievingmostcosteffectivesourcingactivitiesandkeepingcompliantwithGMPstandard.

Keyresponsibilitiesandaccountabilities:
1.Maintainanddevelopexistingandnewsuppliersthroughplannedindividualaccountsupport.

2.Respondtoandfollowuppurchaseenquiriesbyemailsandtelephones.

3.Keepaccuraterecordsofsuppliers’offer,quotationstointernalsubsidiaries,shippingcost,taxrefundrate,etc.

4.Providetimelyandcompetitivequotationswhilestrivingtomaximizecosteffectivenessofsourcingactivities.

5.ToselectthemostsuitablesuppliersunderGMPcompliantsourcingprocedureviaphonecalls,emaildiscussionandquestionnaires.

6.Toindependentlycompletewholesourcingprocedureincludingenquiries,priceandpaymenttermsnegotiation,commercialorders/relateddocumentspreparation,andlogisticarrangement.

7.Tocooperatewithwarehouseforgoodsarrivalanddispatchrecords.

8.Toliaiseandnegotiatebetweensuppliersandrelatedinternaldepartmentstoachieveacceptablesolutionforpurchasingrelatedcomplaints.

9.Keepfilesforcommercialdocumentsincludingorders,contracts,shippingdocuments,suppliers’qualificationandpaymentrecordetc.


10.Liaisonwithotherteammembersforpurchasingrelatedtasks.

11.Tobehaveethicallyinallsourcingactivitiesanddailybusinessoperations.



SKILLS:

?2-3yearexperienceinchemicalindustryispreferred
?Basiccommercialandlogisticknowledgeinsourcingprocess.
?Chemical/pharmaceuticalbackgroundispreferred
?Basiccommercialandlogisticknowledgeinsourcingprocess.
?Communicationandlanguageskills:sufficientEnglishforemailcommunicationanddailyoraldialogue
