To identify potential products from out-side partners to expand company’s portfolio and create new business opportunities. The main work content as below:
擅长从商业伙伴中发现潜在的产品，以扩大公司的产品组合并创造新的商业机会。主要工作内容包括：
1.Conduct research to identify potential products from out-side partners and set the contacts
调研从外部合作伙伴中识别潜在产品，并建立联系
2.Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, work with BD team from other markets, R&D and Medical teams to in-license the selected products
协调和参与促销活动和贸易展会，与其他市场的BD团队、研发团队和医疗团队合作，对选定的产品进行授权
3.Liaise with the finance team to work on the project value and P&L model
与财务团队联系，制定项目价值和损益模型
4.Understand the need of the market and scientific trends and be able to respond effectively
了解市场需求和科学趋势，并能有效应对
5.Arrange and attend business meetings with prospective partners
安排并参加有潜在合作伙伴的商务会议
6.Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings
进行销售预测和分析，并提出观点
7.Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
对商业产品和价值主张有深入的了解
8.Stay abreast with current industry trends and information
及时了解当前的行业趋势和信息
9.Negotiate contracts with potential partners
与潜在合作伙伴进行合同洽谈
10.Managing and retaining relationships with existing and prospective partners
管理和保持现有和潜在合作伙伴的关系

任职要求
1.5+ years in China pharma industry, with at least 2+ years of experience in Business Development in the Pharma Industry or relevant role
5年以上中国医药行业工作经验，至少2年以上医药行业业务开发或相关工作经验
2.Good interpersonal communication skills and strong negotiation skills
良好的人际沟通能力，和较强的谈判技巧
3.Have good team Management and Conflict Resolution skill
有良好的团队管理和解决问题能力
4.Be able to deal with cross functional challenges
能够处理跨职能的挑战
5.Good command of English in both spoken and written
较好的英语沟通及写作能力
