Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Translational Medicine to lead our efforts in the immune field. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between preclinical research and clinical development, ensuring the successful translation of scientific discoveries into effective therapies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacology and pharmacodynamics, with a proven track record in leading translational medicine programs and an in-depth understanding of immune diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
l Pharmacology and Efficacy Studies:
– Lead the selection and development of pharmacology and efficacy models for immune drug projects.
– Utilize internal and external resources to design relevant in vivo experiments based on the project’s development stage to support R&D decision-making.
– Collaborate with project leaders to track experiment progress and interpret data.
l Target Biology and Translational Research:
– Quickly familiarize with and master the biological mechanisms of project targets and required translational research plans.
– Propose and develop methods and feasible implementation plans for preclinical in vivo mechanism studies.
l Competitive Intelligence Tracking:
– Regularly track competitive information for ongoing projects.
– Summarize and update relevant clinical or preclinical progress to provide important reference points for project team decisions.
l Project Management and Internal Resource Coordination:
– Manage R&D outsourcing activities for relevant projects.
– Coordinate and communicate with internal platform resources to ensure experimental plans can be smoothly executed.

Qualifications:
Ÿ Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D. in immune, Translational Medicine, Pharmacology, or a related field. Advanced degrees in related disciplines may be considered with appropriate experience.
Ÿ Experience: 10+ years of experience in immune and translational research, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Ÿ Proven track record of leading translational research teams and managing complex projects.
Ÿ Extensive experience with preclinical and clinical research methodologies.
Ÿ Preferred with experience in precision medicine and personalized immunotherapy approaches.
Ÿ Demonstrated expertise in pharmacology, in vivo models, and immune drug development.
Skills:
Ÿ Proficiency in bioinformatics and data analysis tools relevant to  immune research.
Ÿ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ÿ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ÿ Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Ÿ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
