岗位描述：1.负责原料、半成品、成品的检测工作；2.新的分析方法的检测和验证；3.化验室化学试剂的管理；4.化验室检验记录审核和归档；5.化验室日常人员管理，培训及工作安排；6.化验室与实验室的衔接工作；7.熟练掌握各种分析仪器的性能及各种分析方法；8.确保质检部检验仪器100%能正常工作；9.化验室仪器的操作与维护；
任职资格：1.化学相关专业本科以上学历；2.具有分析实验室管理经验，对分析实验室全面协调管理；3.能够承担检测及研究工作，并能指导测试人员的各项分析测试工作；4.认真严谨，精益求精的工作作风和团队合作精神。
