Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标（岗位简介）
Protect and enhance Roche Pharmaceuticals China’s corporate reputation through strategic media relationship development/maintenance and effective issue and crisis management.
Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任 (Major functions of the position) （职位的首要职能）Media Affairs
Develop and update the Roche Pharma China media and social media policies and strategies, making sure it is in-line with global guideline.Outreach and maintain the relationship with key media to build a favorable media environment for the companyWork closely with business to optimize the media option strategyMeasure the impact of Roche Pharma China’s media effortsIssue & Crisis Management
Ensure timely media monitoring and provide alerts to business to prevent issues escalatingDevelop and update crisis communications processes and manuals to protect company’s reputation, drafting and implementing contingency plans, following up and giving feedbacks.Facilitate issue & crisis simulation training to key business partners.Support the implementation of other communications projects and branding projects of the company as necessary.Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
University degree and above;Journalism/Communications/Public Relations related major is a plusJob Required Competencies岗位所需胜任力
8+ years’ Media/Communications/PR experience;Strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities;Demonstrated ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced global environment;Demonstrated media management knowledge and relationship building capability, at both junior and senior level;Background in public affairs and issue management and in participating in crisis communications；Ability to interact with senior management and communicate at all levels of the organization;Well-developed understanding and knowledge of Chinese social media trend, platforms and operational techniques, experience in WeChat is highly appreciated;Creative, pro-active, calm under pressure, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflict;Excellent English and Chinese writing & verbal communications skills;Media and agency experience is a strong pl********************
