职位介绍职责描述：  Participating risk assessment and executing process optimization/ feasibility studies for new products.  Tracking the process of the exhibit batches till stability date-in and ensuring timely completion.  Inputs for batch manufacturing record of exhibit batches and its review and feedback for correction  Coordination with all concerned departments to ensure the Technology transfer of the products within good control.  To provide timely technical support to all new launches.  Maintenance of TTD Lab equipment /instruments and records  To study the process improvement, cost reduction and implementation of the same wherever required.  To be responsible for the incorporate necessary changes in DMS  Handling of internal and external audit as per the requirement and implementation of CAPA.  To extend domain support to all commercial trouble shooting activities 任职要求：  B. Pharma/ M. Pharma  At least 5 years working experience of Technical transferring / process maintenance / pilot scale production management with knowledge in OSD processes, technical transfer, GXP, in pharmaceutical industry；  Both mandarin and English for well communication.
