保持化学领域的科学意识和竞争意识，发展和维持一个具备必要技能和能力的团队，并寻 求运营效率和持续改进 Maintain scientific as well as competitor awareness in the fields of chemistry, develop and maintain a group with the necessary skills and competencies and seek operational effectiveness and continuous improvement. 

领导化学家团队设计和合成化学，推动多个项目的结果 Lead a team of chemists in design and syntheses of chemistry, drive results in multiple programs 

提出/执行创新想法/实验以影响项目方向 Propose/execute innovative ideas/experiments to influence project direction 

推动专利与发表战略 Drive patent and publication strategy 

⚫ 有效协调跨职能团队合作 Coordinate effectively a cross functional team 

⚫ 持续为解决其他项目的问题做出贡献 Consistently contribute to solving problems of other projects

⚫ 为培养高潜力科学家做出贡献 Contribute to coach high potential scientist MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education or Experience (in years): 

⚫ 有机或药物化学博士 Ph.D. in organic or medicinal chemistry 

⚫ 10 年以上行业领导经验，从早期研发到临床候选，有领导项目成功的经验 At least ten years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in a leadership position with demonstrated success in leading programs from early stage to clinical candidate nominations; Knowledge and skills: 2 of 2 

⚫ 有机化学和药物化学方面的专家，具备药物早期研发阶段的深入知识，以及对项目从研发开始到临 床开发涉及的多学科领域有深入理解 Expertise in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry, in-depth know-how in the early R&D phases of drug discovery and deep understanding of the requirements for projects to progress through target assessment to candidate selection in a multidisciplinary environment from inception to clinical development ⚫ 成功管理化学部门/团队，包括高级和初级药化科学家和研究员 Successful track record in managing chemistry department/teams including senior and junior Medi-chem Scientists and Investigator 

⚫ 具有解决药化项目难题的能力 Demonstrated ability in solving challenging medicinal chemistry problems 

⚫ 有志于新药研发 Ambitious in the research & development of new drugs 

⚫ 优秀的英语读写能力 Excellent English reading and writing skill
