职位描述

工作职责 ? Analyses performance and supply chain processes and interfaces to adjacent functions to identify optimization opportunity and/or solution to specific problem statement. Scope of analysis includes but not limited to the below, o SCM reports and dashboard; o Operational data; o cross functional process review; o external data (as applicable) o Technical caretaker for related tools and reports for the region (as required) ? Prepare and finalize RSCM Asia KPIs target in collaboration with respective functions (eg : Regional Demand managers, Warehouse Transportation Last Mile, Sub-region/Country SCM heads) and global SCM performance management team. ? Manage RSCM Asia scorecard of PH & CHKPIs for SCM and Order To Cash o Provide regular regional performance and scorecard overview; o Conduct RSCM Asia KPI analysis and identify levers for improvement with countries; o Organize and conduct RSCM KPIs review meetings as required ? Subject Matter Expert on RSCM dashboard, o Represent RSCM Asia in reporting communities o Coordinate reporting and information schedule, ensure reporting due dates o Support development, improvement and roll out of reporting and analytics in the region, in collaboration with global team o Support implementation of innovative reporting structures and/or tools and of new KPIs in accordance with global guidance o Support RSCM Asia organization for reporting request / advice ? Provide visibility of RSCM Asia consolidated view of critical responsibilities/ownership, eg : contracts, licenses (includes, Customer license, Import license, country/person specific license under SCM) and other topics. ? Prepare and update presentations for management team, for example, RSCM Asia Introduction and Performance presentation and Country Overview deck, etc as required. ? Onboarding Coordinator for RSCM Asia, facilitating onboarding agenda across RSCM organization and key topics from respective subject matter experts. 任职要求 ? Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or comparable qualification and/or working experience. ? Minimum of five years of experience in management reporting / budgeting or controlling in supply chain. ? Strong analytic skills, structured work approach and ability to deal with, and analyses complex data. ? Profound knowledge of a variety of systems like SAP (APO & ECC), Data warehouses (AO, BW) and visualization tool (Tableau, BI, etc). Expert in Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint). ? Understanding of supply chain operational process and activities. ? Digital mindset and knowledge of digital technologies (IOT, Blockchain, RPA etc) ? Ability to conduct workshops, lead cross functional collaboration and achieve team results. ? Highly motivated, able to work accurately in a complex environment and under time pressure, able to prioritize tasks and run them in structured and comprehensible manner. ? Able to handle tasks and organize workflows efficiently, prepare data and information clearly and understandable for different audiences ? Fluent in English, another language is an advantaged
