Role & Responsibilities: 1) Develop and manage implementation of clinical supply strategy in China to secure timely launch of study and uninterrupted supply 2) Lead resource planning of PT Shanghai to ensure resource readiness and efficiency in alignment with clinical supply strategy and based on business opportunities3) Establish depot KPI metrics and periodically review with global PTDS functions, PDGCCO, depot team and external 3PL to drive for continuous improvement.4) SPOC to GCDL of PTDS and CDSL for clinical supply in China including GR, inventory management, distribution, return and destruction5) Represent PT Shanghai to align service level with PTDS and PDGCCO. Lead change management to meet PTDS/PDGCCO/investigational sites’ new requirements.6) Establish depot operation processes in accordance with GMP/GCP and service requirements.7) As the lead to provide leadership and guidance to depot team to ensure compliant warehouse and distribution operations and meet the set service level.8) Engage and oversight 3PL to ensure the operation and service level up to Roche standard and regulatory requirements. To resolve 3PL exceptions and to drive continuous service improvements.9) Lead initiatives and projects in the assigned territories. To track update sponsor and stakeholders with project progress to support clinical supply strategy.10) Respond to authority inspection and internal audit on depot.11) Achieve efficient process and cost effectiveness of depot operation.12) To guide and sponsor continuous improvement in depot management.13) People management and development. Training and coaching depot team to make sure all people are qualified for operations and have common understanding of business needs.14) Other assignments as business needed. Qualification and Experience: At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business/logistics/supply chain management or equivalent qualifications Job Required Competencies: Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain function area. Pharmaceutical industry experience will be preferredExcellent spoken, written and reading skill in English & MandarinWorking knowledge of GxP, F&AExcellent interpersonal communication, organizational and prioritization skills including ability to successfully partner with individuals from multiple levels of an organization.Independent self-starter. Ability to set clear goal and effectively prioritize teams workload, operate autonomously and deliver high quality work output while under pressure.Problem solving and decision making-ability to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, provide clarity of thought and deliver results.
