行政助理
岗位职责:
1、为董事长提供日常行政及秘书支持工作;
2、协助董事长处理海外金融事务;
3、负责相关公司设立、备案、变更等工商事宜及相关政策咨询;
4、处理及维护公司机密业务信息;
5、起草相关业务函件,如邮件、会议纪要、讲稿等;
6、董事长及董秘办交办的本岗位其他工作内容。
岗位要求:
1、全日制统招本科及以上学历,金融、财务、管理等相关专业,形象气质佳;
2、英语非常流利可作为工作语言;
3、有同岗位或者财务岗位相关经验优先,优秀应届毕业生亦可;
4、具备较强的协调沟通能力,表达能力和书写能力,应变能力强;
5、工作认真细致,逻辑思维清晰,抗压能力强;
6、能适应短期出差。
Administrative Assistant
Job responsibilities:
1. Provide daily administrative and secretarial support for the president;
2. Assist the president in dealing with overseas financial affairs;
3. Handling and maintaining the company's confidential business information;
4. Drafting relevant business correspondence, such as emails, meeting minutes, speeches, etc.;
5. Other work content assigned by the president of the board. Job requirements:
1, You should have full-time college degree or above, English, finance and other related majors;
2, You should learned in English-speaking countries. English can be used as the working language;
3, The secretary experience or finance related experience is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates can
also be considered. 4, You should have strong coordination and communication skills, expression skills and writing skills,as
well as strong adaptability;
5, You should have logical thinking ability and work seriously as well as the ability to work under
pressure;
6, You need to adapt to short-term business trips, about 5-7 days per month;
